As International Operations Director, Phil is responsible for advising the Managing Directors on the overall strategic direction of the company and ensuring that Appt adheres to the highest operational standards. 

With an honours degree in Business and over 15 years’ experience in business administration Phil regularly applies his acumen to help shape Appt’s internal and external policies and procedures. 

When Phil is not running through contracts with a fine-tooth comb, you’ll find him managing ASK4 Integrated Service Ltd or feeding his pet chickens.
