The Challenge:

 

Canugo founder Michael was frustrated with the old fashioned model for hiring temporary drivers and wanted to develop a technological solution to revolutionise the industry.

The Solution:

 

Working by the minimum viable product (MVP) principle, Appt developed the app and management portal that make up Canugo’s offering.

Users in need of a temporary driver can use Canugo’s web app to book a driver and a vehicle that suits their needs. They can manage their bookings, track their driver and communicate with them as necessary.

Drivers who want to become helpers can use Canugo to register themselves and their vehicles. They can use the app to accept and manage their jobs and interact with their customer.

Canugo use the back-end management portal to check and approve drivers as they sign up. They use the portal to manage drivers and orders, view earnings and manage payment data, and they have access to analytics and user data.
