FAMLINGO APP DEVELOPMENT

The Client: Famlingo exists to make learning sign language a friendly and enjoyable experience. The Signature approved centre was founded by Jules Varga, who is a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) Adviser.

The Challenge:

Jules was mainly doing one-to-one session’s when she got in touch with Appt. She was looking for a way to help and enable her clients to practice outside of sessions, and she wanted to monetise her extensive library of video content.

The Solution:

Appt set Famlingo up on the Flytt app platform, enabling Jules to easily share her content with new and existing clients. Appt applied the Famlingo brand and showed Jules how to use the Flytt Portal and Flytt app.

Jules now manages her users and content on the Flytt Portal. She is able to set up new users and manage her existing users. Jules is also able to upload new content in the form of videos, images, PDFs and articles, and she organises her content in categories.

New users receive a registration email with links to the Famlingo app in the App Store and Google Play. Through the app, they can view Jules’ videos and practice their sign language between sessions. Search functionality enables them to find specific videos.
