Forest Schools Education had been using ageing ACT CRM software to capture client information and manage course bookings. This did not integrate with their website and was:

  • Time consuming as all contacts and bookings had to be entered manually

  • Clunky and slow to operate

  • Locally hosted and therefore not accessible globally

  • Proving to be unsustainable as the company grew

They needed a far better way of managing clients and course bookings.

The Solution:

 

Appt worked with Forest Schools Education Ltd to develop a bespoke online customer relationship management platform (CRM) and booking system which integrated in to their existing website.

This:

  • Allowed customers to book courses directly through the website

  • Enabled FSE to automatically send emails to all customers on a particular course and give them access to relevant documents

  • Empowered FSE to better manage the administration and delivery of courses.

  • Provided a central platform, which could be accessed worldwide and expanded further as the company developed
