The Challenge:
Host needed a more efficient way of distributing health and safety and other policy documentation and training to their on-site staff across the country.
Host had previously worked with another company to develop the Host Caretakers Toolbox App, but this app was limited and didn’t have the flexibility Host needed to add custom functionality.
The Solution:

Appt recommended using the Flytt App to create a customised app for Host.
As Host required custom functionality, they signed an ongoing support and development agreement and Appt customised the app during the setup process. Host’s brand was applied to the app and Appt showed Host how to use both the Flytt app and the Flytt Portal.
Host are able to add their on-site staff as users to the app and assign them the correct user level. On-site staff using the app receive push notifications and in addition to viewing standard content formats, they can view and fill out interactive risk assessment forms.
Host manage their users and content through the Portal. They are able to add new and manage existing users. They are also able to add new content, and update and edit their existing content.
