KEEBLES RESIDENTIAL CRM SYSTEM

The Client: Prior to their acquisition by Knights PLC, Keebles were one of Yorkshire’s largest law firms with offices in Sheffield, Leeds and Doncaster. Appt worked with Keebles over a number of years and continues to work with Knight’s to this day on a variety of digital transformation projects.

The Challenge:

 

The Residential Property Team at Keebles generated quotes for conveyancing services via a quoting widget on their website and other 3rd party comparison websites. 

Once generated, Keebles did not have a comprehensive or centralised process in place for following up with clients, tracking communication and key conversion metrics. Each member of the team had their own way of doing this.

The team needed a digital software partner to help them to scope, design and develop a bespoke Client Relationship Management system which could be used by the whole time to improve business efficiency and communication.

The Solution:

 

Appt worked with Keebles to develop a custom CRM system through which the residential team could process and monitor sales enquiries. 

The system was integrated with the team’s existing Microsoft outlook email accounts enabling it to be adopted with minimal disruption as it worked around existing communication flows.

Through the system users could gain access to a personalised dashboard which tracked key metrics and provided a centralised and accessible place for all of their client related tasks. Managers could use this dashboard to monitor the performance of their teams. The dashboard also displayed quick links to all the relevant sections of the CRM.

The CRM system provided the team with the ability to create and associate ‘deals’ (potential instructions) with clients. The team could sort and search for any existing or previous deals in the Deal Directory. Users could track the status of Deals and generate reports on conversion rates and source types.

The bespoke CRM system addressed all of the challenges that the residential team were facing. The portal allowed the team to track and manage all of their deals more effectively, improved inter-team communication and enabled management to keep a better eye on key metrics.
