Let Alliance had historically handled the reference checking process via a single shared Outlook mailbox and a complex internal flagging and follow up system. With thousands of emails to process each day Let Alliance needed a more robust system/process.

The Solution:

 

Appt worked with the team at Let Alliance to design and develop a bespoke email processing system. The system:

  • Automatically scans all incoming mail and directs it to the right team/user to process

  • Provides users with a set of quick customisable responses
