PIER MANAGEMENT APP DEVELOPMENT

The Challenge:

 

One of the key services provided by Pier Management is to work collaboratively with leaseholders and freeholders to ensure ground rents are paid on time. Pier Management were sending invoices via email and in the post. Payments were being taken via BACS, a clunky online portal and over the phone. With over 35,000 leaseholders on their books, the team were spending a lot of time generating and chasing invoices.

The Solution:

 

Appt developed a mobile app that leaseholders can use to gain access to all their invoices, pay bills, and be notified of overdue payments.

The app is integrated with Pier Management’s existing Qube CRM and chosen third-party payment gateway, saving Pier hours of work each month.

Pier Management monitor and manage the app through a web-based portal, which was developed in conjunction with the app.

Ongoing Support and Development Agreement:

 

Appt are working with Pier Management on an ongoing basis to further develop the app, to effectivise other service areas in addition to debt collection.
