The Client - Pyronix is a market leading designer and manufacturer of products and technologies in the security industry.
The Challenge:
Pyronix initially approached Appt for help with their HomeControl+ App, which allow customers to control their home security system from their mobile devices.
Pyronix were looking to move users across to their newlydeveloped ProControl+app andneeded a development partner who couldassist with the ongoing maintenance of the HomeControl+ whilst their development team focused on new projects
The Solution:
Appt and Pyronix signed an ongoing support and development agreement for the maintenance of their legacy apps.
As part of the ongoing support and development agreement, Pyronix works with a dedicated Appt developer, who serves as their main liaison and develops a unique understanding of Pyronix’s needs, providing them with individualised support.
Pyronix also benefit from 24/7 access to Appt’s support desk. Here they are able to log any issues or request additional features whenever they need to. The agreement also includes a guaranteed response time from Appt on all issues, ensuring that issues or downtime is addressed quickly.
The agreement also gives Pyronix the opportunity to buy additional developer hours at a discounted hourly rate whenever necessary.
Ongoing Support and Development Agreement:
Since the launch of the app, Appt has worked with Pyronix on an ongoing basis to support and further develop the system.
