Appt Have Left the Building…

In light of the continuing spread of Coronavirus, the Appt Team are working from home. These measures came in to effect Monday 16th March 2020.

On a day to day basis you should notice very little difference in the service we provide – we are still operating at 100% and are available to respond to all of your enquiries.

We do however ask that whilst we are working remotely, you help us to help you by:

  • Emailing instead of phoning whenever possible

    • The phone system will still be closely monitored, but with the team in different locations, passing calls between members is challenging

    • All un-scheduled calls will therefore be left to go through to answerphone and the relevant team member will give you a call back as soon as they are able 

    • To ensure your enquiry is processed quickly and efficiently please consider emailing the relevant team member instead:

We will still be available for face-to-face meetings whenever necessary and if you have out of hours or weekend support, this will remain in place as normal.

If you have any questions, then please do be in touch – and we really do appreciate your cooperation and understanding whilst we implement these temporary changes.  We are doing it to ensure that we are as available and effective as we possibly can be to support your business with as little interruption as possible.
