The Client: Sheffield Money was a not-for-profit community benefit society who helped the people of Sheffield with access to better loans and financial advice.

The Challenge:

Sheffield Money were starting up and needed an online system which would maximise the efficiency of their day to day operations and evolve with them as they grew.

None of the off the shelf software packages did exactly what they were looking for or offered a flexible enough solution

The Solution:

Appt designed and developed a bespoke online management system.

The system was developed around the specific challenges Sheffield Money were facing and could be adapted over time.

The system helped them to manage clients, track the progress of enquiries, send text reminders and generate powerful reports.

Appt continued to work with Sheffield Money to develop the system further.
